Mecha War combines aim-driven combat with boost movement, jumping and hovering. You fight through a city built inside a space colony, using buildings for cover and reacting to opponents as the safe area closes.
Between battles, the hangar lets you change your chassis, primary weapon and back system. During a match, weapon pickups can add to your firepower, and limited-use mount weapons give you another combat option. That makes both your starting loadout and your choices in the field matter.
Armored Core VI has much deeper assembly and a different structure: its missions, bosses and campaign are central to the experience. Mecha War focuses on single-player Colony Battle Royale against AI pilots and browser play without an installation.
