Game saves on your device

The game uses your browser’s local storage to remember your pilot callsign, progress, equipment, daily rewards and settings such as graphics, controls and audio. These saves support the game and remain in that browser. The standalone website does not require a player account or upload these local saves to a cloud profile.

You can remove them by clearing this website’s data in your browser. Doing so also removes your local progress and preferences. Different browsers and website addresses have separate saves.

Hosting and essential requests

Google Firebase Hosting delivers the website and game files. Your browser sends information needed for these requests, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information. Hosting providers may process technical logs to deliver the service, maintain security and diagnose errors. Google’s consent service also receives technical information needed to display the message and remember your choices.

Analytics

The game uses Google Analytics through Firebase Analytics to understand website visits and usage and improve the experience. Analytics can process cookies, online identifiers, IP addresses, browser and device information, approximate location and events such as page views and sessions. We do not intentionally send your local pilot callsign or save contents to Analytics.

Where consent is required, Analytics starts only after your choice permits analytics storage. We use Google’s CMP consent signals to control collection, and stop collection if you withdraw that permission. Advertising and Google partners

The website includes Google AdSense code for site verification and advertising services. Whether ads are available depends on Google’s approval and the placements we enable; the current game build has no in-game ad placements.

When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device or other online identifiers to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads when permitted, limit repetition and detect fraud. The CMP lists the relevant purposes and partners and their legal bases. Some processing may rely on legitimate interest where applicable; you can review and object to it in Manage options.

Use, sharing and retention

We use information to operate and protect the website, remember game settings, respond to messages you send us, and, where permitted, measure usage and support advertising. Technical and advertising information is processed by Google and the partners identified in the consent message. If you email us, we receive the address and information you include and use it to respond to your request.

Local game data remains until you clear it or your browser removes it. Google’s storage, consent records and technical data follow the relevant service settings and provider retention policies. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. Providers may process information in countries outside your own, as described in their privacy policies and transfer safeguards.

Your rights and controls

You can change or withdraw consent using Settings → Privacy in the game. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. Browser settings can also restrict cookies or clear stored website data; some game features or saved progress may be affected.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. Contact tmkishere@gmail.com to make a request. We may need information to verify and locate the relevant data. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
